1. General Terms

zs111 does not accept deposits made from payment methods that are not registered in the account holder's own name. Third-party deposits — where someone other than the account holder makes a payment — are not permitted and will be returned where possible. Where a return is not possible, the amount may be held pending investigation.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your deposit wherever this is possible. If the original deposit method cannot receive withdrawals, we will request an alternative method registered in your name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.

Before processing any withdrawal, zs111 may require identity verification documents including a copy of your national identity card (CNIC) and proof of payment method ownership. This process is standard and is carried out to protect account holders from fraud. Accounts that have not completed verification may have withdrawals held until the process is complete.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

zs111 offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, which will be communicated at the time the offer is made. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless stated otherwise:

• Bonus funds are credited to your account and must be wagered the specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the stated time limit. Bonuses that expire before the wagering requirement is met will be removed from your account along with any associated winnings.

8. Gameplay Rules

In the event of a technical error or disconnection during a game, zs111's system records will be used to determine the outcome. Where a bet was placed and a round completed before disconnection, the recorded result stands. Where a disconnection prevents a round from completing, the stake will be returned to your account. Any disputes regarding game outcomes must be raised with support within 72 hours of the disputed event.

Sports betting markets are subject to the specific rules of each sport. In cricket, for example, a minimum number of overs must be completed for certain markets to be settled. In the event of a match abandonment, postponement or void fixture, bets will be settled according to the rules displayed for that market. 9. Fair Use and Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the zs111 platform. Any account found to be engaged in these activities will be suspended immediately and the matter will be investigated. Funds may be withheld pending the outcome of the investigation:

• Using automated software, bots or scripts to interact with the platform or place bets.
• Exploiting known software bugs or errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies designed to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome across multiple platforms or accounts.
• Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes or systematically exploit promotional offers.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack or interfere with the platform's systems.
• Using the platform to facilitate money laundering or any other financial crime.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person.
