The zs111 VIP programme is points-based and fully automatic. You do not need to opt in, track anything manually or fill in any forms. As long as your account is active and you are playing across any part of the platform — slots, live casino, fish games, sports betting or bingo — you are accumulating points toward your next tier.
Every PKR wagered on any game type contributes toward your VIP point total. Slots, live casino, fish games, bingo tickets and sports bets all count — the accumulation works across the entire platform, not just one category.
There is nothing to manually claim or activate. Your point balance updates in your account dashboard in real time. You can check your current tier status and how far you are from the next level at any time by logging in.
Once you hit the threshold for a new tier, the upgrade takes effect immediately. All the benefits of the new tier become available straight away — you do not need to wait for a review period or contact support to activate them.
Your weekly cashback — calculated as a percentage of net losses during the week — is credited to your PKR balance at the end of each week. It is available to use immediately with no additional wagering requirements attached.
A lot of platforms offer some form of loyalty system but the reality is often more complicated than it looks — points that expire, cashback with heavy wagering requirements attached, tiers that are almost impossible to reach or benefits that only technically exist without being practically useful. The zs111 VIP structure is built to be straightforward for Pakistani players.
The weekly cashback at every tier is credited as usable PKR with no additional conditions before you can withdraw it. If your net losses for the week are PKR 10,000 and your tier cashback rate is 6%, you get PKR 600 back in your account — no obligation to bet it multiple times before it becomes real money. This is genuinely more useful than bonus credit with a 20× or 30× playthrough requirement.
Because the points system covers the entire platform, players who naturally use multiple sections — sports betting during PSL matches and casino or fish games at other times — are not penalised for spreading their activity. Everything counts toward your tier progression regardless of which games you enjoy most.
Priority support access starts at Silver tier and becomes genuinely personal from Platinum upward with a named account manager. For players who want any withdrawal queries, bonus questions or account issues resolved quickly, having a dedicated contact is a practical benefit that makes a real difference — especially for higher-volume players who occasionally need issues sorted at short notice.
For Pakistani cricket fans who use zs111 heavily during major series — especially PSL fixtures and Pakistan's international matches — the sports betting section is often the primary driver of VIP point accumulation. A busy cricket month can move a player up one or even two tiers depending on their usual bet sizes, which means the benefits kick in at exactly the period when the platform is being used most.
The cashback becomes particularly valuable during tournament stretches when even well-informed betting can result in net losses over the course of a series. Getting 4–10% of those losses returned weekly in PKR softens the impact of losing runs and keeps the experience sustainable over longer sporting seasons.
Regular fish game players and bingo players at zs111 accumulate VIP points through their ticket purchases and session play time. The VIP bingo room available from Gold tier offers higher-stakes draws with bigger PKR prize pools — a direct upgrade from the standard rooms accessible to all players. For fish game enthusiasts, higher VIP tiers also unlock priority in scheduled boss events and exclusive fish game promotions that are not available to the general player base.
The zs111 VIP programme rewards consistent play — but consistent play should always be within your personal budget. Chasing a tier upgrade by spending beyond what you are comfortable with defeats the purpose of a rewards programme. The benefits become meaningful precisely because you earn them through normal playing activity, not by overstretching your budget in a short period. Set your session limits as you normally would, play across the games you genuinely enjoy, and let the tier progression happen naturally.
